It includes cardio and strength training equipment, spaces to stretch, two restrooms and the offices for the district's fitness center coordinator and athletic trainer.

The fitness center is open to all students in 7th-12th grade. These students can use the fitness center before school and after school. Throughout the year athletic programs schedule sport specific training sessions with the fitness center coordinator Michael Yuschak. The fitness center is also open to the community through The Office of Village Life at https://ottawahills.org/villagelife. Mr. Yushak coaches fitness classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings and there is a yoga class held on Tuesdays.
